What a Wonderful season it was. Starting all the way back in March with the pub crawl, to finishing off strong this Saturday with the End of Season Party.
But with the end of the Kickball Spring Season, brings upon us another exciting time. The off-season. It may not be as stale as you think. With July, we have tons of (off the record) kickball parties, unsanctioned kickball pickup games, the world cup and Free Agency. Yes Free Agency
Here's a "declaration" from one of these high profile free-agents this July.
"After 4 seasons and 1 playoff victory, I am announcing that I am testing free agency during the kickball off season. I'm looking for a max contract, and a supporting cast of youthful energetics. You're not a true star without a ring. Of course my current team has the ability to offer the largest contract, or possibly build a winning roster, if they so desire."

So with the end of the spring season, quite possibly could be the end of some era's....
1uck: With the legend of the pink pirates intact, this team may split up and leave on top. With the season they've had, who could blame them. However, with the 2 time defending Fall season champions, the Ball Busters coming back to town, that could be enough to intrigue them.
~The rumor is also the FreeBallers will disperse; Either for good or for a season who knows but, the fall without the Free Ballers... wow
~Uniballs long time captain may also be stepping down. Sources report She is thinking about retirement or quite possibly just passing the torch. Candidates in line for the job is their All-Star 3rd basemen
~With 1 Playoff victory in the past 4 season, Balls Deep may be at an end of era. With the loss of their seasonal spring players, and possible loss of their high-profile free agent, this team could fall to the bottom of the pack for the fall.
~Finally, with the Ballstards inaugural season in the books, could some members of the team be parting ways? Their Captain has ensured that all key members will be back from the fall for another run at the final four
