My fellow kickballers;
Hello, and thank you for bearing with us in the on again, off again, drizzle/rain/typhoon storm we had Sunday. Luckily all the games finished before the “real” rain started. However there are a few things that needs to be addressed;
Please make sure you clean up after yourselves; on all parts of the all the fields. CT Ivy kickball does not come with a happy, dandy maid to clean up. We are all adults here, lets please act accordingly. Remember these are New Haven's fields. One wrong move and KICKBALL IS DONE!!!!!
Next, Refs…. Myself, Jose, and other board members are always around. If you have a question about a call, please don’t hesitate to ask. It’s better to make the right call then the wrong call and get yelled at.
Which brings me to my last point; Be nice to your refs…. They are volunteers trying to make sure you have a fair game. Win or Lose, buy them a beer afterwards at Liffey’s…. they’ll remember you and your team next time
