the ghost man’s “Drink of the Week” ~
This week we cross the sound for a Long Island Iced Tea.
They're good, but they hurt later!

INGREDIENTS:
equal parts:
gin
rum
tequila
triple sec
vodka
1 1/2 parts sour mix (simple recipe follows)
Coca Cola (mainly for color)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix all ingredients in a glass.
2. Pour into a shaker with ice.
3. Shake a 2-3 times and pour back into glass.
4. Garnish with lemon slice (or wedge).
5. Drink.
6. Repeat - with caution!

Sour mix recipe:
Combine 1 cup of sugar with 1 cup water until sugar
is completely dissolved. Add 1 cup fresh lime juice &
1 cup fresh lemon juice. Refrigerate.
