Blue Ballers have formed somewhat of a superteam to bring home the Ivy Championship. Half of the 09’ runner ups in freeballers, and half of the 10’runner ups in the Blue Mooners. They’re quick, fast, and powerful. Thoroughly organized and a good game plan every week combined with all –star fielders like Mike Colon, and Hannah LaPlante and heavy kickers like Bill Ryan; if they get through this week.. running the table can be at their fingertips
Wrecking Balls, the #1 team in the league. Once a doormat to the league, now a forceful bully. Boasting top notch talent like Fischetti, and Tommy Choma….along with lights out all-pro Brianna Sullivan and Erica P.; .,… they are rightfully so the #1 team. But their 1st test is a douzy…. These two titanics collide for the 1st time ever. A dream match-up for both teams and fans….. This could be the best game of the season. If you watch a few games this year, make sure you don’t miss this!!! Get your popcorn ready

Finally…………a game circled on the calendar for both teams. For the 1st time ever, Captains Kharim Jones and Kyle Settle will face off against each other on the kickball field. Former Balls Deep members, they have assembled armies to do battle. Sweep the Leg; half balls deep, half 1uck from the spring. They have players not used to tasting defeat in the New Haven league. They are loaded offensively and don’t have too many holes defensively. Offensive Coordinator Russell Morris matches wits and strategy with a team responsible for back to back shut outs this season. The player to watch in this game is the all-pro Christina Wolf aka Wolfie. Yea, she may be a female, but she plays better than most dudes in the league. Truly, a wolf in a dress…
Ballstards come in focused as ever on this game. Members can’t wait to get a piece of the only defector of IBS to STL. In this sophomores team short history, this is the game that will define them. They carry all-stars like Kelly Miller and Dom Alston along with some unheralded rookies that are looking to make a name for themselves. This game will truly show how good both teams are. After Game I, don’t leave… game II of this double header promises to be just as good, if not better.
