Game of the Week
With this being cross conference week, just about all the games are games to watch. If you had to pick one day on the kickball schedule to watch all the games, ladies and gentlemen this is that Sunday. Every time slot has 1 great game to watch, seriously. It’s 1v1, 2v2, 3v3’s…. all through the board. Which conference is the best??? Through 5 weeks the West holds an advantage over the East 3-2, but all that can be erased this week.
Bring the lounge chairs, the popcorn, the Gatorade, and get ready for a great day……..

A game that if you have been following the facebook wire, has stirred up all types of mixed feelings. Yet maybe not the most appealing game on the schedule, once upon a time these two teams were heavily favored to meet each other in the champioinship…. Way before the schedule was posted and the season started.
Can Sweep the Leg continue their winning ways? Are the able to use all their talent and play to their capabilities? With a new pitcher on the mound and a new pitching style by Kharim Jones enough to fly the STL plane to the championship?
And for Blue Ballers; once considered a super team can they be considered the biggest bust since Ryan Leaf? Yes, they have not had all their pieces of the puzzle there the past couple of weeks, but sooner or later pride has to come into the fold. Maybe it takes the collision of former Balls Deep members to play against former Freeballers. To see former spring champs 1uckers take on spring runner ups Mooners. To see who won the war of the off-season free agency, what better way then to play it on the field.

Game of the Week Predictions
After they finally gave some indication of what they are capable of last week, I think STL keeps rolling and the Blue Ballers drop another notch. ~ gmot
This should be a very fun and interesting game. I'm leaning toward STL. ~ Strawberry
Two teams who were thought to be early season favorites only to find out games aren't won on paper, I say that STL wins this game in the battle of the blue shirts. ~ Handsome Tom
Tough to say, but I think STL has figured out the winning formula, I have STL ~ el Presidente

This should be a tight game, but the Mafia takes it to the Wall. ~ gmot
Hamden Mafia had some nasty offensive moves that scared the pants off Kickelback on Sunday—I think they're taking this one. ~ Strawberry
Balls to the Wall responded nicely to a tough loss to the Fever, but I see the Mafia winning again and quietly becoming one of the better teams in the league. ~ Handsome Tom
Balls to the Wall hasn’t impressed me these past couple of weeks. What have you done for me lately b2w? I have Mafia after round I ~ el Presidente

Teabaggers vs. Saved by the Balls
Battle of the Basement! Save by the Balls has the edge with their visual assault. They win the game and then get their @$$e$ kicked on the flip cup table! ~ gmot

Hmmm, Saved by the Balls put up a good fight with busters a couple of weeks ago so I’ll go with that. Sbtb in a 13-12 win. ~ el Presidente


Ball Busters vs. Wrecking Balls
With the cobwebs of last week cleared, I think the Wreckers return to their winning ways. ~ gmot
Wrecking Balls, but only if they're not as hung over as last Sunday. (Tom, after running to 1st base: BURRRP. Me, in the stands: EWW! Tom: ...at least I didn't throw up.) ~ Strawberry
another tough game for the Wreckers this week, but I see them bouncing back after a tough break tie to take down the Busters. ~ Handsome Tom
Other than week 1, busters have been solid each and every week. I don’t see them slipping this week. Ball Busters ~ el Presidente

Balls Deep vs. Balls of Fury
The Fury have tasted victory and they want more! But, not this week. ~ gmot

Did Balls Deep have a hangover after celebrating their win over STL, I say that Balls of Fury take another surprise win. ~ Handsome Tom

Uniballs rebound after a tough loss last week. ~ gmot

Two teams that can't seem to figure out who they are, I literally flipped a coin on this one and I'm gonna go with the Uniballs. ~ Handsome Tom

Inglorious Ballstards vs. Fever
The Fever are the next team in line to try to hand the Maroons a loss. Prez. & Co. are confident but they may underestimate the Fever as many have. Fever wins. ~ gmot
