All-Star Game News

Somewhere deep in the heartland of the great US of A, there is a seven year old. That seven year old is not thinking about Christmas Vacation coming up; No, this seven year old is sitting on the bench at a chilly recess, holding a big red rubber ball and dreaming of one day being a prestigious Kickball All-Star.
Well right here in the CT Ivy, that dream is soon going to be realized by some lucky kickballers. Dreams will come true Next week when Rosters are revealed

After a successful inaugural all-star game in the spring, the CT Ivy Division will be having another All-Star game, showcasing the best of the best of this Fall 2010 season; Eastern Conference vs. Western Conference. All-star voting is currently taking place and the rosters will be announced next week in our Ivy Blog. All voting is being conducted through respective team captains. Please contact yours for more information.

How it works?
Each team will be required to select three players to represent their team in the all-star game, one of each gender, which is being held on November 7, 2010 (The last day of the fall season). All-Star team Captains will be the Captain of the team with the best record in their conference after week 8. They also will receive at least 1-at-large-pick within their entire conference if they are selected All-Stars themselves bringing the total All-Star Roster for both conferences at 22 players.
*Teams failing to provide players to represent their team will be replaced with at-large picks by the All-Star Conference Captains*

Rosters will be announced October 28, 2010 through the Ivy Blog.

~So Kickballers, you still might have 1 game left to prove why you should be an all-star. So play your best game, suck up as much as you can, and step up your game!!!
