the ghost man’s “Drink of the Week” ~
With a slight nod toward the Italians in celebration of this past Columbus Day,
I bring you the espresso martini. That's right coffee & vodka; two great tastes...
(that's all I can put without fear of copyright infringement).
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz cold espresso
1 1/2 oz vodka
1 1/2 oz Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
1 oz white creme de cacao
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Pour ingredients into shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. Strain into chilled martini glass. (It should be somewhat frothy.)
4. Drink.
5. Repeat.
